DE has provided professional construction management (CM) services, including contract administration, cost estimating, schedule management, change management and negotiation, claims resolution, litigation technical expertise, and specialized electrical systems oversight to the public and private sector throughout Southern California for over 11 years. We specialize in effective oversight of General Contractors and Subcontractors on complex projects with multiple stakeholders, on behalf of Owners. DE has a successful track record in delivering projects with the requisite quality and safety, while meeting aggressive budget and schedule goals.
